In a Full Reserve Study, the following five tasks are performed: Component Inventory, Condition Assessment (based upon on-site visual observations), Life and Valuation Estimates, Fund Status and a Funding Plan. Level 2 - Reserve Study Update with Site Visit/On-Site Review:
In a Reserve Study Update with Site Visit/On-Site Review, the following five tasks are performed: Component Inventory (verification only, not quantification), Condition Assessment (based on on-site visual observations), Life and Valuation Estimates, Fund Status and a Funding Plan. The price of the Reserve Study Update with Site Visit is based on the size and scope of the project. A Level 2 Reserve Study Update is only available to previous clients who have a completed Level 1 Reserve Study by Armstrong Consulting, Inc. 

Level 3 - Reserve Study Update with No Site Visit/Off-Site Review:
In a Reserve Study Update with No Site Visit/Off-Site Review, the following three tasks are performed: Life and Valuation Estimates, Fund Status and a Funding Plan. A Level 2 Reserve Study Update is only available to previous clients who have a completed Level 1 Reserve Study by Armstrong Consulting, Inc.
